Do I have to be present to win prizes?
Yes, you must be present at the time of the drawings to be eligible to win.

What time are the prize drawings?
Prize drawings begin at 2:30PM.

Do I have to be there at 11:30AM?
You can arrive anytime between 11:30AM and 2PM to visit the vendors.
